St. John’s Quilting

The quilters at St. John’s sew beautiful quilts to be given to those in need. For many years, the quilts were given to Lutheran World Relief, but starting in 2023, quilts have also been given to local fire and police departments, cancer treatment centers, first responders/EMTs, and area nursing homes.

Prayer Shawl Ministry

The knitters and crocheters of St. John’s Prayer Shawl Ministry use the gifts God has given them to create shawls for those who need them most. Prayer is key before, during, and after the creation of each shawl in hopes of passing God’s comfort.
